2008 European Laser Standard Youth Championship
Entry Limit Imposed
09th May 2008Following further discussions with the host club in Douarnenez regarding places at the European Laser Youth Championships, we have been able to secure a confirmation for 400 sailors on site, meaning a maximum of 120 sailors for the European Laser Standard Youth Championship. Therefore an entry limit of 120 sailors must be imposed for this championship.
Interest in European Laser Standard Youth championship has been far greater than before, partly due to the regrouping of European championships into Senior and Youth Championships, and partly due to the location and the dates of the championships.
The first 20 sailors on the waiting list for the Standard Youth Championship will be accepted to the entry list on Monday 12 May 2008. All remaining sailors will be offered the opportunity to stay on the waiting list and be eligible for any cancelled places in order of joining the waiting list.
